Help! I can't sign up. The form is not letting me complete it.
We are so sorry! We currently have a known issue with some browsers that are preventing some people from signing up. There is no issue at all once you are signed up, the issue is just with the registration form.
Here are 3 fixes for this issue:
Fix #1) Check to see if your browser is blocking pop ups. You will see a message at the top of your screen if this is the problem. You will just need to give your browser permission to allow pop ups for the registration page. See the image below to see what this looks like. For Firefox you will need to click on the "Options" button. Other browsers should offer you a similar option.
Fix #2) There is an issue with Safari also not allowing the pop up registration box this is probably due to a setting on your phone. Please see the screenshots below to temporarily adjust this setting.
First: Go to your Settings screen and click on "Safari".
Step 2: Scroll down until you see the "Block Pop-ups" button and toggle it off. (Don't forget to toggle it back on again after you register if you prefer to block most pop ups)
Step 3: A box will pop up about the Pop Up click on "Allow". That's it! Now you can register and start downloading all of the lovely goodies!
Fix #3) Alternatively if you are using a iPhone or iPad and you don't want to adjust the settings temporarily, you could also switch to signing up with a computer instead using a browser other than Safari. And if you are a Mac user, you will either need to adjust the settings in your preference section or use a different browser like Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer.
